A former principal - change leader, creator of Microsoft Flagship School in Gdynia, a motivational speaker (including TEDx) at national and international conferences on education, leadership, innovation and STEAM. She is an author of a book dedicated to change management in education, lecturer, trainer, consultant, coordinator of nationwide educational projects. In 2017, she graduated from Leadership Academy for Poland. She helps educators and institutions to design and implement change and innovative methods and programmes.
